Why did this happen?
Twenty employees of Freescale Semiconductor, 12 Malaysians and 8 Chinese, who worked on advanced superconductive microchips for the U.S. Aerospace and Defense and knew how to harness zero-point energy, were defecting to China. China knew that the safest way to transport these individuals was through a commercial flight, as they assumed that the U.S. would not engage a commercial airliner. However, the U.S. military could not let these individuals flee to their strongest adversary; China gaining this technology was their worst nightmare.
